In their recent edition, Naples Illustrated asked me how people can reduce stress and anxiety.


Start in the morning. By having a morning ritual – an intentional behavior with a purpose – and continuing these behaviors throughout the day, you can give your brain a feeling of control. When you engage in rituals, your mind shifts from focusing on your stress to focusing on the ritual itself. Modify this one thing about your day to help create a sense of personal control.
