What’s The Difference Between a Coach and a Therapist?

Professionally, I have functioned in both the role of therapist and coach. I have the
experience of providing therapy for over 20 years. As a therapist I operated as
the expert. In my role as a stress management coach with you, I see you as the expert. My role is to
