After 2 years of major life stresses that I buried, a home invasion left me in overwhelm with severe stress related health issues. As a lifelong learner I was motivated to transform my life and make healthy changes. Using my education, extensive training, intense study and life experience, I started healing. I went from being tense, weighed down and overwhelmed with stress and stress related health issues to feeling lighter, calmer and confident in how I handle stress.
My journey has led me to unique wisdom and insight regarding stress, habits and how to use the power of the body/mind connection to transform habits that create and maintain stress.
My Stress Management practice provides clients access to the methodologies that I have developed over 20 years of working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Stress Coach.
