For many people, taking the step to seek help is a monumental decision. Often, by the time someone reaches out, they have already spent years trying to think, talk, or willpower their way out of distressing emotions, heavy memories, and frustrating behavioral loops.
If you feel like you’ve been working incredibly hard in traditional talk therapy but still find yourself reacting from a place of past pain, I want you to know something important: This isn’t a failure of your will. It is simply a matter of using the wrong tool for the job.
My professional focus is entirely dedicated to helping you bridge that gap—moving you away from endless symptom management and toward true, rapid resolution.
I approach healing through a dual lens: deep clinical grounding and cutting-edge, brain-based strategies. I hold the professional designation of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, (LMHC) Wellness Coach and Cortina Method Practitioner.
While my academic and clinical training provided a comprehensive foundation for understanding human psychology, I realized that traditional, analytical talk therapy can sometimes be a painfully slow road for resolving deep-seated trauma and emotional blocks.
This realization led me to pursue intensive, specialized training in The Cortina Method (TCM).
The Cortina Method completely redefined what I knew to be possible in the healing journey. It is an innovative, strategic protocol that bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to the subconscious brain—the exact place where trauma responses, anxiety, and reactive behaviors are stored.
By utilizing this specialized methodology, I am able to offer my clients:
Your Past Belongs in the Past
You do not have to stay stuck in old loops, and you don’t have to spend a lifetime talking about your pain to find relief. If you are ready to experience a lighter, more peaceful way of living, I am here to guide you through the rewrite.
