I first had the privilege of meeting Sue McDonald in the fall of 2010. I was referred by a physician colleague following an emotionally traumatic event. Prior to meeting Sue, I was essentially an emotional mess; experiencing insomnia, feelings of anxiety and unable to rationally think my way through the situation that I found myself in. I am truly grateful for that referral.
Sue is a consummate professional. She helped me obtain clarity of my situation, in essence “peeling back the layers” of disorganized thought that had previously left me unable to rationalize my way through the experience. She is highly skilled at guiding others through difficult times by teaching and establishing coaching strategies that were highly beneficial. Within a relatively short amount of time, I found that I was able to begin the healing process that enabled me to fully put the experience firmly behind me.
To this day, I still use techniques that Sue taught me that enable me to mitigate stress and enjoy a balanced life. Sue is a wonderful coach, and I highly recommend her services.
